Refund Policy

Please note that all our policies, terms and conditions should be read before placing your order as we will abide strictly with these rules.

Items returned must be untampered with, maintaining attached tags and original packaging. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective.

DollFlips will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.

Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.

The only option for any order return is “EXCHANGE”. This is only applicable within 5 working days once an order has been received. Exchange is made under the following conditions;

  • An obvious defected item (example; a tear).
  • A mix up in your order and a wrong item different from your original order was shipped.
  • A sold-out item


Please note: Wrong size orders (from the customer) will not be exchanged. Please always give the right sizes before orders are placed.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only made in the case of a sold-out item in which items haven’t been processed or shipped. Refund processing, in this case, takes 5 – 7 working days.

SALES/DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT UNDER ANY CONDITION BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED OR REFUNDED
